Manage general data
One of the key features of the Educational Network Manager on the Guia Edutec is to manage your network data.General data are separated into two groups:
To edit this data, simply access the menu that is in the upper left corner, identified by the icon of a gear (⚙).

Schools
Data from schools were divided into two sections, being: general and the infrastructure.
General
In the General Data section, the manager can add, remove, edit, and find a school from your network. In addition, it is possible to register information from the main contact of a particular school, for this the manager should insert data such as: name
, email
and phone
of the contact.

Infrastructure
In the infrastructure section, the manager may inform existing technology equipment at each school in your network.
The editing functionality of these data is also enabled for school principals, So the Guia Edutec allows the manager to access this information and also edit them.

Users
The Guia Edutec allows the manager to manage the data of three types of users, being: teachers, school principals and managers.
Teachers
Accessing the section, the manager has access to the list of registered teachers, with the possibility of adding new teachers.
School principals
Accessing the section, the manager has access to the list of registered school directors, with the possibility of adding new directors.
Managers
Accessing the section, the manager has access to the list of registered educational network managers, with the possibility of adding new managers.
