To retrieve the password, you must enter the email registered in the Guia Edutec. When requesting the password recovery, the school principal will receive an email with guidelines to create a new password. In this email, a link will be sent so that the school principal accesses the password page.

The link sending in the email has a token that is valid for 1 (one) time. If the school principal does not perform the password creation process, the token is expired, and it is necessary to repeat the process.
