If the super administrator does not remember the password you can retrieve the password.

To retrieve the password, you must enter the email used in the Edutec tab.When requesting password recovery, the super administrator will receive an email with guidelines to create a new password.In this email, a link will be sent so that the Super Administrator will access the password page.

The link sending in the email has a token that is valid for 1 (one) time.If the super administrator does not perform the password creation process, the token is expired, you need to repeat the process.

If you can not find the email in the inbox, try check that the email went to the spam box.
