One of the main features of the country administrator in the Edutec tab is to manage the country data in which it was assigned as responsible.General data are separated into two groups:
Schools
General
Countries
General
Administrative affiliations
Managers
To edit this data, simply access the top menu called Settings.
In the General School Configuration section, the country administrator can:
Import Schedule of Schools
Download the import worksheet template
Download school list
Remove an added school
From the spreadsheet model available by the system, the country administrator must fill out the file with the country's school information to be automatically imported into mass.
The Edutec Guide provides a worksheet template in CSV format to later be filled and imported. The instructions that are presented should be attentive, also described below:
This file is a model to be used in the import tool of Edutec Guide schools All fields, except unique_code, are required.
Edutec Guide has an internal hierarchical structure of 4 hierarchy levels
Level 1 is always the country
Levels 2 to 4 should be adjusted to the geographic hierarchy of your country
For example: in Brazil the hierarchy is country, region, state and city in Chile the hierarchy is country, province, state, city. All schools are linked to both the geographic hierarchy and administrative affiliation.Affiliation is the department responsible for the school. An affiliation can manage various schools.
Each line of the model .csv model represents the minimum information of a school in your country.
The uniquecode field can be any single code used to set the school and may be alphanumeric.
You can also download the list of schools registered for the country on the Edutec tab.
If necessary, you can also remove from the Edutec tab an added school.
Attention!
When removing a school: All structures linked to the excluded school will also be removed.
In this section are managed the country's registration data and also the specific geographic structure of each country. The fields of the registration data are:
Name of the country
Geographical level 1
Geographical level 2
Geographical level 3
Geographical level 4
For each geographical level, the country administrator must enter a list of geographic elements.
Conceptually, administrative affiliations are structures of organization of schools, or can not be directly linked to the territorial divisions of a country.
Here the country administrator can create and manage administrative affilations related to your country.
One of the main functions of the Country Administrator is to manage users' access to educational network managers.Because it is sensitive information, you will only have access as an educational network manager those users who are previously released by the country administrator.
To do this, simply enter the managers configuration section and score (check) the Release Access and Save field.
The educational network manager registration can be done by the user's own manager on the main page of the Edutec Guide, as the country administrator can also import lists of educational network managers.
There is also the functionality of downloading the list of registered educational network managers.
