I forgot my password

If the country administrator does not remember the password or for some reason you do not have password access created by the super administrator, you can recover the password.

To retrieve the password, you must enter the email registered in the Edutec tab.When requesting password recovery, the country administrator will receive an email with guidelines to create a new password.In this email, a link will be sent so that the country administrator access the password page.

The link sending in the email has a token that is valid for 1 (one) time.If the country administrator does not perform the password creation process, the token is expired, and it is necessary to repeat the process.

If you can not find the email in the inbox, try check that the email went to the spam box.
