If the manager does not remember the password used at the time of the registration, it is possible to recover the password.

To retrieve the password, you must enter the email registered in the Guia Edutec. When requesting the password recovery, the manager will receive an email with guidelines to create a new password. In this email, a link will be sent so that the manager will access the password page.

The link sending in the email has a token that is valid for 1 (one) time. If the manager does not perform the password creation process, the token is expired, it is necessary to repeat the process.

If you can not find the email in the inbox, try check that the email went to the spam box.
